That’s why we developed the CEO Pledge. The pledge outlines a commitment to elevating mental health in the workplace, prioritizing employee well-being, and eliminating stigma.
By signing this pledge, leaders are committing to:
EDUCATE themselves and their staff about mental health and best practices in
the workplace.
ENACT policies that offer resources and treatment for employees who are living
with a mental health condition or who have family members with a mental health
concern.
ENCOURAGE a stigma-free work environment where bias, discrimination, or
harmful language isn’t tolerated.
ENGAGE the community in an open discussion about the importance of
prioritizing mental health in the workplace by becoming an ambassador for the
CEOs Against Stigma program.
Any company leader can sign the pledge to register for the CEOs Against Stigma program. Following registration, your HR team will gain access to the toolkit and can begin taking advantage of the other
program services. We will also request a headshot and testimonial from your CEO about the importance of workplace mental health that we will add to
our website.
